Interior Painting in Memphis, TN
Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and cabinets — done with the kind of prep and finish work that separates a real paint job from a quick coat.
Prep Is What Makes a Paint Job Last
We don't skip prep, even when it slows the job down. That means proper drywall repair, hole and crack patching, sanding, light degreasing in kitchens and baths, and painter's tape that actually gets pulled before the paint cures. We mask floors and furniture with drop cloths and plastic — not torn newspaper — and we cut clean lines with a brush instead of relying on tape for everything.
Whole-Home Repaints
Most of our interior work is whole-home repaints — either fresh-from-renovation or refresh-before-listing. We coordinate room order around your daily life, contain dust and odor where we can, and finish punch-list work the same week we wrap up. For larger jobs we typically apply two coats of premium-grade paint over a primer when needed.
Cabinets, Trim, and Detail Work
Cabinet painting is its own discipline — surface prep, deglossing, primer choice, and spraying technique all matter much more than they do for walls. We remove doors and drawers, label everything, and spray separately for a smooth finish without brush marks. Trim, baseboards, crown molding, and interior doors get the same level of attention.

Common Questions
How long does an interior repaint take?
A single room typically takes 1-2 days. A whole-home interior repaint usually runs 5-10 days depending on size, the amount of trim work, and whether cabinets are part of the scope.
Do I need to be out of the house?
Usually not. Most homeowners stay in the home and we coordinate room order around your daily life. Cabinet painting is a little more disruptive in the kitchen — we'll talk through the schedule during the estimate.
What paint brands do you use?
We use premium-grade paints from the major manufacturers (Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, etc.). We can use whatever brand and product line you specify, or recommend based on the room and finish you want.
Can you do color matching?
Yes. We can match an existing wall color from a sample, work from a paint chip, or pull a custom color. We'll do test patches in your actual lighting before committing.
